This route goes through Hai An and Cat Hai district of Hai Phong. The beginning point of the project at the intersection of Tan Vu go east across the South Dinh Vu Industrial Zone, exceeded Channel Cat Hai Nam Trieu into position near the ferry terminal in Ninh Next and end points adjacent to Lach Huyen port. Once completed, the bridge Tan Vu - Lach Huyen will be the longest bridge in Vietnam.
